“Part of Code Pink Boot Camp’s mission is to educate women on how to live a healthy lifestyle and to take care of their bodies and minds, which is increasingly important during times of economic stress. We are proud to have the opportunity to help on so many different levels, and I’m very thankful that so many of our campers consider their health a priority and continue to support Code Pink Boot Camp.” Lucy says.
The word ‘boot camp’ alone can send signals of anxiety to the brain. However, Code Pink Boot Camp is nothing to be afraid of. Code Pink Boot Camp is a nurturing fitness program designed by a woman for women. They understand and accommodate those troubled areas and hectic times. They easily work with schedules and personal goals. Their main focus is to help women create a balanced lifestyle that will contribute to long-term physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth regardless of what stage a woman may be in, all along boosting self-confidence.
Even though
Code Pink Boot Camp is geared towards women, this event is open to both men and women.
Each quarter, Code Pink Boot Camp dedicates their time, energy and focus to a charity organization and creates an event with 100% of the proceeds going to the chosen charity organization.
